Welcome to the Inner Circle Platinum programme! These terms and conditions outline the rules and expectations for participation. By joining, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Duration & Cancellation

• Annual Membership: Annual membership is for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be cancelled early. You will receive clear notice 10 days prior to renewal, and if your membership renews automatically, you will have 14 days to change your mind and request cancellation.
• If you have received any annual bonuses, such as an in-person day or gift, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
• Monthly Membership: Monthly members are on a rolling contract. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by providing notice at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date. If you do not provide this notice, the next month’s payment will be taken as scheduled, and cancellation will be effective from the following month.
• If we decide not to renew the programme or change the offering, we will notify you before your renewal date.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Options: You can pay in full, on a monthly basis, or according to a pre-arranged payment plan.
• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable once made, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
• Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, we will send two email reminders. If we do not receive a response or payment, your access to the programme, including calls and materials, will be suspended. Failure to resolve the payment may result in permanent removal from the programme.

3. Coaching Sessions

• You are entitled to two 1:1 coaching sessions per month with an expert coach of your choice. Coaching sessions are not rolled over from month to month. All sessions must be used between the 1st and 31st of each month. If you do not complete your action task or fail to book both sessions within the month, they will not roll over.
• In order to book your second session, you must complete the task set in your first session.
• Timeliness: Sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time.
• Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, you will forfeit that session for the month.
• Coaching sessions are subject to coach availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred coach, but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Group Calls & Accountability

• Group Calls: Weekly and monthly group calls will follow the pre-set timetable. Attendance is optional, but participation is highly encouraged.
• Accountability: To maintain your progress, you are required to complete and submit an accountability form and attend scheduled accountability calls.
• Call Recordings: All group calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Platinum Inner Circle section of the Student Portal (Study Hub). Recordings will be available by 11 AM the morning after the live session.

5. Access to Resources & Content

• Access to all programme content, resources, and training is available only while you are an active paying member. Once your membership ends, your access to these materials will cease.
• You are strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing any programme content with third parties. All resources are for your personal use only.

6. Member Conduct

• Respectful Behaviour: All members are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, the service team, and coaches. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Boundaries with Experts: All contact with expert coaches must be limited to 1:1 sessions, group calls, or within the online community (Campus). Reaching out to experts outside of these designated spaces without prior arrangement is not allowed. If you require additional coaching or consultation, this must be booked and paid for separately.
• Confidentiality: Members are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or business challenges shared within the group. No sensitive information about other members should be shared or discussed outside the programme.

7. No Guarantees of Results

• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes as part of the Inner Circle Platinum programme. Your success will depend on your own efforts, execution, and unique circumstances.
• No Refunds or Guarantees: Due to the nature of this high-level mentorship programme, we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. Please note, if you have received any annual bonuses, such as an in-person day or gift, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided within the Inner Circle Platinum programme are owned by Emma Cooper and Entrepreneursity.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use any programme content, training materials, or proprietary information for your own business purposes without express written permission from Emma Cooper. This includes, but is not limited to, repurposing content, courses, or strategies for resale or redistribution.

9. Termination of Membership

• We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these terms, fail to make payments, or behave in a manner that disrupts the group environment.
• If we terminate your membership due to a breach of these terms, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining term, unless you have received any annual bonuses (such as an in-person day or gift).
• If we determine that the programme is not a good fit for you, or if your behaviour is not conducive to the group, we reserve the right to end the agreement. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

10. Legal & Disclaimers

• No Financial or Legal Advice: While the Inner Circle Platinum programme offers business coaching and mentorship, we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. It is your responsibility to consult with your own professionals for these matters.
• Limitation of Liability: Emma Cooper, Entrepreneursity, and any affiliated parties will not be liable for any losses, damages, or business outcomes that result from your participation in the programme. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for implementing the strategies provided.
• No Employment Relationship: Your participation in the Inner Circle Platinum programme does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Emma Cooper or Entrepreneursity.
