Event Terms & Conditions (UK)

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with UK law.

1. Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged, transferred to another person, or resold under any circumstances.

2. Attendance

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to attend the event on the scheduled dates. Inability to attend, late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance for any reason does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, or replacement ticket.

3. Event Rescheduling

The event host reserves the right to reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control or where it is necessary to do so.
If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new dates. No refunds will be issued as a result of rescheduling.

4. Force Majeure (Weather & Natural Events)

No refunds will be issued where the event is affected by circumstances beyond the host’s reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

5. Event Changes

The event host reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, content, format, speakers, or venue where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event host shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees during or in connection with the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
